Dress Code

Lunch - Smart casual, however shorts and open shoes or sandals are permitted. The wearing of swimsuits and walking barefoot in any bar or restaurant is not permitted.

Dinner - Gentlemen are required to wear long trousers, sleeved shirts and closed shoes in Republik Beach Club & Grill, Safran and Kushi. Shorts and open shoes or sandals are only permitted in Le Bazar.

Le Bazar
Main restaurant, featuring international cuisine with an Asian twist, including dim-sum selection, noodle bar and a western corner with meat and seafood grills.

Kushi
Specialist Japanese restaurant with a Sushi Bar manned by a master sushi chef. Wagyu beef menus are available as well as a wide variety of sake and cocktails. Also enjoy a unique Yakiniku experience that includes a built-in grill at each table, and a traditional Omakase set menu offering Chef's specials depending on fresh fish arrivals.

Republik Beach Club and Grill
Located on the exclusive Frangipani Islet this beach-side restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine as well as Charcoal fired barbecue grills. There is a trendy bar with live music and theme nights.

Safran
Overlooking the bay, this refined dining offering a blend of authentic Indian and Mauritian cuisines.

Ti-Marche
One stop shop for guests offering coffee, tea and fresh juice, along with pastries and bakery items.

Sega Bar
A rum and Tiki bar offering Mauritian inspired beverages, a unique smoked cocktail menu, exotic Tiki concoctions and a signature 'Shangri-La Rum Oak'.
