The Angelfish Cocktail

One rainy afternoon, many moons ago, on Anantara Kihavah Jo and Dan whiled away an hour or two with bartender Sam, learning all about the dark arts of cocktail making. After much trial and error, a very special tropical creation emerged: the Angelfish Cocktail.

Since then, the challenge of recreating the Angelfish Cocktail has been placed before many an eager Indian Ocean mixologist, some following the recipe faithfully, others adding a plethora of inventive variations.

The Angelfish Cocktail can now be found on a number of resort drinks lists and we have recently initiated a partnership program, which entitles Angelfish guests to sample a complimentary cocktail (look for the voucher in your travel documents!) when you visit any of the following participating resorts:
