Selous Serena Camp

Set in the Selous Game Reserve, the Selous Serena Camp features a half circle of twelve khaki tents raised on wildwood platforms with thickly-thatched traditional roofs. The tents are beautifully decorated, with carpeting throughout, mosquito nets and an Edwardian style bathroom, complete with roll top bath.

The Camp has a main building that houses the restaurant and bar, and a small outdoor pool. There is also a large deck area that overlooks the dry river bed.

To get to the camp, there is a 45 minutes flight from Dar Es Salaam that takes you to the airstrip at Stiegler's Gorge, from there it is a half an hour game drive to the camp.
