Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge

This Lodge forms another part of the northern safari tour of Tanzania and offers spectacular views of the Ngorongoro Crater. The rooms are warm and cosy and include stylized prehistoric cave paintings and traditional contemporary Maasai art.

The resort is set into the side of the crater, on several different levels, all connected by large wooden staircases. It is therefore not recommended for those with mobility issues.

Please note, the temperature at the Ngorongoro crater ranges from mild, to cool to cold so warm clothing is required. Hot water bottles are placed in your bed at turn down, which is a lovely touch!
