Jetwing St Andrews Hotel

Jetwing St. Andrews is tucked away down its own lane on the slopes of the hill capital Nuwara Eliya, surrounded by mountains, in the centre of Sri Lanka. The hotel's location is close to the heart of town yet away from the bustle. Built around an old Tudor country house which served as a grand colonial residence during the days of British rule, here guests take a step back a hundred years and more to another era of old world charm and tradition, where customs are still maintained to the letter.

Jetwing St. Andrews is very proud of the wetland that was designed and developed at the hotel to provide for, and attract wildlife; so far 25 species of birds (including 4 endemic), 12 species of butterflies, 9 species of amphibians and 4 species of dragonflies have been observed.
