20 Degres Sud has 29 rooms and 7 suites, some of which are less than 10m from the beach.

All the rooms are air-conditioned and have a beautiful terrace or balcony, which looks onto the coconut grove bordering the sea. Beachfront Rooms, Suites and Austral Suites also have a sea view.

A minibar and tea and coffee-making facilities are at your disposal. The Beachfront Rooms, Suites and Austral Suites are equipped with a Nespresso® machine

Most bathrooms are equipped with an old style bath and a separate shower. The suites additionally have either an outdoor hot tub (Jacuzzi®) or a small private plunge pool.
