Vandhoo
Vandhoo is the main restaurant on Joali and offers specially-designed dining experiences encompassing South East Asian, Chinese and Indian cuisines. Guests can partake in experiential dining choices, exceptional breakfast spreads and an impressive cellar of hand-picked wines and vintages to match.

Saoke
Designed by world-renowned Japanese restaurant architect Noriyoshi Muramatsu, Soake is the perfect setting to indulge in this homage to traditional Nikkei Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is open for dinner, serving select sakes, sushi, and teppanyaki/kotatsu.

Bellinis
A piece of Italy in the midst of the Maldives, featuring fine dining and the obligatory aperatives.

Her Kitchen
A personalised culinary experience for guests to learn and enjoy delicious meals. Guests will cook local recipes with experienced chefs and experience the joy of cooking within the surroundings of a professional kitchen.

TUH'U
Located on the sand under lit palms and the night sky, TUH'U serves flavourful Levantine cuisine.

Mura Bar
With cabanas overlooking the beach and sea, the Mura Bar is the place to head for sundowners and light bites. Nestled within, guests will also discover a special whiskey and cigar lounge, perfect for post-dinner relaxation.

La Joie
For those who crave something sweet, JOALI has an artisanal chocolate and ice cream store.

Destination Dining
A special menu to be enjoyed wherever guests wish to dine that day, from a private sandbank to an art-immersive Manta Ray treehouse dining experience.

Wine Cellar
Let JOALI's sommelier take your hand and lead you on a journey from France to Argentina, crossing the Rubicon of wine knowledge. A wine tasting experience is also available every day from 3pm until 6pm, with a minimum 2 guests (reservations required).
