Located directly on the beach and open for breakfast and dinner, the main restaurant features locally-sourced, nutritious ingredients and vibrant flavors. Breakfasts celebrate the region's wide variety of fresh tropical fruits with an array of smoothies, juices, and fresh fruit plates made to order, as well as traditional Maldivian offerings and international favorites.

The Cold Room provides a selection of cold cuts, artisan cheeses, and homemade chocolates.

Four evenings a week, the beach is transformed, featuring the Asian Street Market, Mediterranean Spice Souk, Passage to India, and Maldivian Seafood Grill nights.

Overwater Bar
Occupying an enviable position overlooking the calm waters of Gili lagoon, the bar is often frequented by reef sharks and rays drifting through the waters below. At lunchtime, see the open kitchen cooking up a changing trio of dishes, with an extensive salad bar for a lighter option. The Overwater Bar is also the perfect setting for sundowners, crafted using local ingredients and served with flavourful canapes.

By the Sea
Open five nights a week, this Japanese fusion restaurant offers authentic sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki and more using locally-sourced seafood and reef fish. The extensive sake selection features only the highest quality sakes from across Japan.

The Underground Wine Cellar
The cool surrounds of the resort's intimate, sunken wine cellar--built around a huge piece of driftwood swept ashore--is the ideal spot for a romantic wine, cheese and chocolate tasting, or a decadent tasting menu.

Special occasions can be celebrated with unique destination dining experiences, ranging from secluded, lantern-lit feasts amongst the towering palms of Palm Beach to private sunset cruises.
