The Kitchen
An open style restaurant with show kitchens and live cooking. This restaurant is centred around four main cuisines: Levantine, European, a pop-up concept and a pastry station part of Cafe One. The guests are encouraged to interact with the chefs.

Cafe One
A deli corner located beside The Kitchen where guests can order freshly brewed coffee or experience fresh and locally sourced produce. Cafe One will feature a barista counter, dessert station, detox drinks and freshly prepared garden salads.

Bukhara
Located at Boulevard, Bukhara is a Northern Indian cuisine restaurant with an open kitchen and three tandoori ovens. As part of the etiquette of Indian eating, guests can get comfortable as aprons will be provided and eating with your hands is encouraged.

Soi Soi
Inspired by the Thai word 'soi' meaning 'street', this casual restaurant blends its colourful interiors with the authenticity of the foot presented.

Cigar Lounge and Bar
Cigar aficionados can unwind in an opulent salon with a generous choice of classic cocktails, single malt, blended whiskey and brandy to go with a selection of the finest Cuban cigars.

Amwaj
Located beneath the lobby, the Amwaj lounge offers Afternoon Tea, along side a selection of classical French patisserie.

Boulevard Tea House
A charming tea house with a dedicated 'Chai Wallah' Indian Tea Master offering a generous selection of traditional Indian tea and lassi presented in an artistic and lively display.

Zale
Zale will offer a multicultural inspired cuisine and signature tastes presented on sharing-style platters with a medley of refreshing cocktails.
