The resort has 10 villas and 2 family houses.

6 of the Seaview villas have a direct sea view with a private terrace overlooking the Menai Bay.
1 Seaview villa is slightly set back, a little bit behind on of the other villas.
3 Baobab villas situated in the garden around a huge baobab tree. These villas do not have a Seaview but all have their own plunge pool and AC in the bedroom.
2 Family Houses with a direct Seaview, a double bedroom downstairs and 2 smaller bedrooms upstairs (1 of the houses has A/C)
