Our Opinion

This hotel is a small, family-run hotel provides a wonderful, friendly atmosphere and is excellent value for money. It is ideal for families and for guests wanting a private spacious retreat whilst remaining in close proximity to the beach and the larger hotels with their extra amenities. Le Duc comes highly recommended!

With a recent renovation and addition of new rooms, Le Duc has positioned itself as one of the most popular small hotels of Praslin. Set in a small garden just a few meters from the Cote D’Or beach, the hotel has earned a reputation for its attentive service and laid back atmosphere thanks to the caring couple running the place. Located between the Berjaya Praslin beach and the Paradise Sun, it is quiet retreat a few steps from nearby activities.

The hotel restaurant serves delicious local cuisine whilst nearby restaurants afford you alternative eating locations should you opt for bed & breakfast accommodation basis. The a la carte restaurant, Café des Arts, is reputed to be the best of its kind on the island.

Le Duc also features a rooftop spa, and three unique Magna Pools, designed to provide natural and superior quality water from natural ocean minerals.
