Our Opinion

Anantara Veli, a Water Villa-only resort, is the entry level offering of the three-resort complex of Veli-Dhigu-Naladhu - separate islands but connected by jetties.

Definitely aimed at the honeymoon market, Veli is ideal for those who might be a little concerned with not having enough to do on a Maldives island, given the wide range of facilities and restaurants on offer. It's far removed from the remote, Robinson Crusoe feel of smaller islands, but a quality resort nonetheless.
